On March 13th, we were grateful to receive some quilts that were lovingly made by the Grace Quilters. Each mom who receives an ultrasound gets a baby blanket for her little one and the quilts are always popular!

On Wednesday, March 13th Amy Kane and Loren Williams drove up to Norcross to pick up a van load of donations from Helping Mama’s Diaper Bank. We are so grateful for this new resource of baby supplies and items for our moms and babies!

On March 15th-16th we hosted our spring volunteer training.  We had eight participants and are excited about the prospects for some new volunteers!

On Friday, March 22nd, three staff members and three clients attended a special ladies event, Taste of Heaven, at Flat Creek Baptist Church.

We appreciate the donation of diapers from Ruth Craven on behalf of the Dell Sunday School from New Hope Baptist Church.

On Thursday and Friday March 28th and 29th, six staff members participated in Save the Storks, ABC’s of Going Mobile training here at the Center. We are so grateful for the partnership with Save the Storks as we move towards GOING MOBILE and reaching more women in our community who are considering abortion.

On Friday, March 29th Luci Hough and volunteer Holli Redlich attended the Beacons of Hope sunday school dinner and “baby shower” where they donated baby items for our clothes closet.  Beacons of Hope class is part of New Hope Baptist Church.
