What we offer
Fayette PRC is a nonprofit organization offering physical, spiritual, and emotional support to women, men, and families facing unplanned pregnancies. We serve anyone regardless of age, race, gender, religion, financial, or marital status. All of our services are at no cost to you.
Women and families receive assistance throughout their pregnancy and beyond by providing educational opportunities through our learning program, guidance from a client advocate, and resources through our Blessing Boutique.
What to expect at your visit
- First, the RN will perform a pregnancy test, provide you with pregnancy test results, and review your medical history.
- Then, you’ll meet with a peer counselor to address your questions and concerns regarding your pregnancy and options.
- Following a positive pregnancy test, an ultrasound may be scheduled to confirm pregnancy viability and learn the length of gestation.
- Once your no-cost pregnancy test and ultrasound exam are complete, our staff will provide you with information based on your personal goals, including community resources.
No-Cost Services
Pregnancy Testing
Fayette PRC can provide you with no-cost, medical-grade pregnancy testing. Contact us today to schedule an appointment.
Ultrasound Exam
If you have a positive pregnancy test, we also offer free ultrasounds* to confirm your pregnancy is located in the uterus, detect a heartbeat, and determine gestational age (how many weeks pregnant you are). A doctor will review all findings.

Education
Fayette PRC offers a learning program that provides education on various topics to help guide you through pregnancy, parenting, and beyond.
The program is facilitated through videos, discussion lessons, and homework. Participants earn Baby Bucks that enable them to purchase baby items from our Blessing Boutique.
